Motorcycle Refund

Non-refundable  

• The following situations are non-refundable: 
  • Student does not show up for class  
  • Student is more than 20 minutes late for class  
  • Student is dismissed for not having all required riding gear  
  • Cancellation of the class within the 7-day window  
  • Student voluntarily leaves the class  
  • Student misses any portion of the class  
  • Student is dismissed from class for safety reasons  
  • Student fails the riding test 

Refunds: 

• All refunds will be issued: 
  • Credit Card Payment will be issued to the credit card that the original payment was made from  
    • If payment was over 6 months or any changes to the original card method, a check will be issued to the name that was on the credit card from the original payment  
    • The check will be mailed to the address on file unless otherwise specified. 
  • Check refunds will be issued to any payment made via check, money order or cash. 
    • Check issued to accounts with Junior Operator License (JOL), will be issued to parent or guardian at the address on file, otherwise specified. 
    • Checked issues to account with any student over the age of 18 will be address to name on account, mailed to the address on file, otherwise  specified
